Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our organization on a permanent basis.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual with all-round financial experience to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing payroll for 300+ employees, including payment of superannuation and tax;
- Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments;
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Month-end reporting;
- Developing and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Completing various reporting duties;
- Providing support to the wider finance team where required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar all-round financial position with end-to-end payroll experience;
- Strong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principles and delivering high-quality service;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Honest, reliable, and dedicated worker;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
