This position requires a highly organized individual who can effectively manage the scheduling of personnel to optimize work allocations across multiple clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Trade personnel, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Bus Drivers and other Ancillaries to ensure adherence to fatigue guidelines, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel's unavailable periods and interactions, guaranteeing up-to-date information for efficient planning.
  • Evaluate planned work to ensure compliance with fatigue guidelines and stipulations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal Planning teams to develop labour plans that meet client requirements while maintaining a thorough understanding of current processes.
  • Provide clear and concise communication with relevant departments regarding plans, requirements, and information distribution.
  • Identify opportunities for upskilling personnel aligned with business and client needs, enhancing overall performance and productivity.
