The Opportunity

At our client in Sydney, we're seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to work on-site. This role involves designing and mapping business requirements to systems and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting workshops to analyze and document business requirements related to ServiceNow integrations.
  • Designing high-volume, data-intensive integrations.
  • Translating requirements into functional specifications.
  • Building integrations to big data platforms.
  • Maintaining strong communication across stakeholders within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant or Functional/Technical Business Analyst.
  • Certification in ServiceNow CSA or ITIL v4 (highly regarded).
  • Strong skills in ServiceNow platform configuration and integration.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub.
  • Experience designing custom integration hub 'Spokes'.
  • Exposure to Workflow Data Fabric is a plus.
  • Experience building integrations to Data Lake/Data Warehousing platforms like Google BigQuery/DataBricks is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
