We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to lead the design and implementation of solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies.
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives.
- Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects.
- Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification is required.
