ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to lead the design and implementation of solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategies.

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Design high-level architectures for complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Define and enforce governance practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification is required.
