About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Recovery Specialist to join our team at Auto & General. As a key member of our recovery team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of undisputed liability claims, maximizing recovery amounts, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of recoveries claims, prioritizing tasks and organizing workload effectively.
  • Maximize recovery amounts received on each claim, leveraging available tools and resources.
  • Effectively manage and triage claims through coordination, communication, and prioritization of activity between Recoveries, customers, TPIs, and service providers.
  • Instigate litigation where appropriate, considering broader commercial impacts.
Requirements
  • Motor claim or liability experience highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
  • Ability to make decisions and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex environment, prioritize tasks, and organize workload effectively.
