About the Role:

  • Oversee and manage all on-site plumbing activities
  • Coordinate and supervise the plumbing team, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Conduct regular inspections and provide reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Cert III or IV in Plumbing or similar relevant qualification
  • White card
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role, ideally within the commercial construction sector
  • Solid experience using Aconex for document management and project coordination
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
