About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as the Project and Innovation Office Lead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and project management initiatives that align with our organisational vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of project managers and support staff to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritise business transformation initiatives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery, including risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business transformation, project management, and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects with budgets over $2 million.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
