Job Opportunity: Lending Specialist

As a key member of our retail branch network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and sound residential mortgage advice to members.

  1. Providing a seamless end-to-end banking experience through close collaboration with branch staff, regional lending peers, and the credit team.
  2. Making outbound calls to new and prospective members to build trust and confidence through meaningful conversations.
  3. Building relationships within the Defence Community by engaging proactively with members via outbound calls.
  4. Partnering with the Credit Team to meet member expectations within credit criteria and timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong retail lending experience and knowledge of local residential mortgage products.
  • The ability to create and manage leads effectively.
  • Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering are essential.
