Sought after Mortgage Lender required to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with members. Key responsibilities include providing sound residential mortgage advice, growing the mortgage and consumer lending portfolios, and collaborating with branch staff and credit team.

Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and flexible in operation, and have a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless end-to-end banking experiences for members.
  • Make outbound calls to new and prospective members to build trust and confidence.
  • Collaborate with branch staff, regional lending peers, and credit team to support member experience during home purchase.
  • Grow mortgage and consumer lending portfolios by educating members on digital banking tools.

Requirements:

Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have natural ability to build and maintain relationships through business development.
