Mortgage and Protection Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to provide training and support.
  • Attract new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Provide comprehensive advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
