We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Support Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early childhood supports to children aged up to 9 years within schools, homes, and the community.
  • Manage an allocated caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of therapists, clinicians, and support staff.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with children aged from 0 up to 9 years (ideally) and their families.
  • Strong knowledge and advocacy for the key worker model would be an advantage.
  • Passionate about working in the disability sector and providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic early childhood supports to children.
  • Demonstrated suitability for working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with exceptional time management and organisational skills, to manage a caseload.
