Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and improve cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage supply chain cost reporting, including budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the management of service providers to achieve contractual KPIs and Scheme compliance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the recycling or environmental services industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial planning and project management experience, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of inventory flows, S&OP principles, transport scheduling, route optimization, and compliance.
  • High level of computer and software literacy, including MS SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
