We are seeking an experienced educator to join our academic team as a lecturer and senior lecturer in midwifery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midwifery education and research, with expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, content management systems/web development, software engineering, data science, and business/management/leadership.

  • Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and tutorials to students across various disciplines.
  • Foster an outstanding student experience by encouraging active participation and engagement in learning and teaching activities.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and review, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Undertake regular assessment and performance review, actively participating in unit-based educational programs and meeting mandatory training requirements.
  • Demonstrate capacity and experience in university teaching and research, with evidence of high-quality publications or industry practice with original applied research (desirable).

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Ph.D. or a Master's degree plus experience in industry practice, with a strong track record of teaching and research in midwifery education.
