A dynamic and influential Director is required to lead a dedicated team delivering quality early learning and care services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality programs across five rooms, including integrated kindergarten and long daycare.
- Develop and implement the service philosophy, incorporating sustainability, outdoor play, and creativity while ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Promote a major refurbishment project, bringing a vision to life in a refreshed, modern environment.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to empower children's learning and support reflective practice.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to maintain quality and safety, and drive initiatives to create a centre where all children thrive.

- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
