Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality care and educational programs that advance children's holistic development
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with families, stakeholders, and the wider community
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to support their professional growth and development
  • Stay informed about current research and trends in early childhood education to ensure the service delivers innovative programs that meet the needs of children and families
