We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Centre Director to lead our team in delivering quality early learning and care services. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the service philosophy and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) and demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and education. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with families and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead a dedicated team delivering quality early learning and care across five rooms, with integrated kindergarten and long daycare.
- To shape the service philosophy, including sustainability, outdoor play or creativity, while ensuring compliance and excellence.
- To coach and mentor staff to empower children's learning and support reflective practice.
- Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and education
- Proven ability to build strong family and community partnerships
