Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Counter team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring that all products are accurately selected and supplied.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide expert product knowledge to customers, answering questions and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Assist customers with selecting the right products for their needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible solution.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and developments in the industry.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, achieving sales targets and meeting customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows, implementing changes that benefit the business and its customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
