Key Responsibilities:- Manage the backlog of requests for new features, applying prioritization frameworks as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on changing regulations and identify how they will impact our offerings.
- Focus on business problems, not solutions, and assess whether an Association's need can be met with existing solutions.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, understanding and influencing vendor roadmaps and assessing their impact on Association processes.
- Responsible for ideation, scoping, development, launch, and follow-up on features.
- Define and analyze metrics that measure the success of products.
- Communicate business needs to development teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, business management, finance, computer science, or related field.
- 8+ years' experience advising or acting as a leader in a product-led business technology organization.
- 6+ years' experience as a product manager, product owner, or related experience.
- Preferred experience with data, analytics, and reporting processes and regulatory requirements in the Farm Credit system or financial industry.
