Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vehicle Delivery Expert. This is an exciting opportunity to transition from driving to a product expert and trainer role, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement vehicle delivery strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and dealers, providing comprehensive training on vehicle features, benefits, and usage.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MC Combination driving license with extensive experience in driving trucks across various applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers and dealers.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively showcase products.
  • Experience or enthusiasm for training, with a keen interest in developing others.
