About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our department managers, as well as managing recruitment, retention, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, retention, and employee relations.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to department managers.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
Requirements
  • Human Resources qualifications and experience in a large complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR trends.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
