Job Title: Activities Programme Manager

This role is crucial in supporting the Home Management team to design, develop and implement individual and group activities for residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Care planning, programme design and development for group and 1:1 activities that take into account individual lifestyle, hobbies and spiritual needs of residents.
  • Designing and planning individual activities aligned to resident interests and needs, to be carried out by the care team.
  • Promoting close relationships with families and carers for the health and wellbeing of residents through activity liaison and assessment of needs, preferences and capabilities.
