The RoleThis Lead Product Designer role plays a crucial part in defining, scoping and delivering user-centric solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with leaders to create compelling, personalised experiences that support and empower citizens with low/no touch interactions which follow universally accessible patterns.
Key Responsibilities- Design and validate innovative solutions, balancing customer, business, technical and regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategy and contribute to the roadmap to support organisational impact.
- Mentor and manage a small team of UX designers, inspiring them to think about Human Centred Design and the advancement of the design function.
- Presents compelling stories and crafts strategies with stakeholders.
- Demonstrates experience in leadership roles, contributing to team culture, coaching and mentoring other designers.
- Evidence of crafting and presenting compelling stories with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of influencing outcomes with design partners and stakeholders.
