Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and inspire your team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Organize regular training sessions and professional development opportunities to help staff grow and develop their skills.
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting, driving optimal efficiency and financial performance.
  • Manage inventory effectively, minimizing wastage and securing the best deals.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure top-quality and cost-effective procurement.

Customer Relations & Quality Control:

  • Engage with guests, gather feedback, and ensure every visit is a superior experience.
  • Maintain high standards across all aspects of the venue, from excellent cuisine to impeccable service and ambiance.
  • Regularly review operational procedures to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with events crew to manage catering and special events.
  • Ensure events are flawlessly executed, exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop event-specific operational plans to meet specific needs and exceed client satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance venue efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma qualification or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years in a relevant managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budget control.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
  • Problem-solving prowess and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
