Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of our sports venue, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Mentor and train your team to achieve exceptional standards in service delivery, efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, maintaining profitability and achieving financial targets.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and teamwork, promoting a positive work environment.

What We Need From You:

  • 2 years' experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in senior management or operations roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced qualifications.
