Key Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer - Mobile Assets to develop and optimize maintenance strategies for our mobile fleet. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or a relevant trade.

Main Responsibilities
  • Utilize RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis to improve asset reliability.
  • Design and maintain long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals.
  • Create project justifications and manage capital projects.
  • Lead investigations into equipment failures and provide coaching and guidance to teams.
  • Contribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS software.
