Exciting Polywelding Opportunity

Looking for a long-term career in polywelding? We have an exciting opportunity for skilled polywelders to join our team. As a polywelder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation of HDPE, steel, and copper pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform polywelding operations using McElroy and Dixon machines
  • Assist with the installation of HDPE, steel, and copper pipelines
  • Conduct hydrotesting, commissioning, and tie-in works
  • Operate IT Loaders, Skid Steers, and Excavators (where licensed)
  • Work collaboratively with site crews to deliver safe and efficient outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid Polywelding tickets - Butt Weld (PMBWELD301E) & Electrofusion (PMBWELD302E)
  • Skilled in operating McElroy & Dixon welding equipment: T900, T500, T618, HF630 & HF225
  • White/Blue Card
  • Valid Driver's Licence (HR desirable)
  • Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications
  • Chainsaw, Dogging, Loader, and Crane (C2 / C6) tickets - highly regarded
  • Previous mining or civil experience (inductions highly desirable)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
  • Strong safety focus and a great work ethic
