About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Management Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our site water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair site water systems, including pipework, tanks, and control valves.
  • Perform routine servicing and diagnostics on centrifugal pumps, portable generators, submersible pumps, and isolation/control valves.
  • Remove and install multistage bore pumps, centrifugal pumps, fire pumps, and isolation/control valves.
  • Operate mobile equipment, including IT loaders, telehandlers, excavators, and light/medium trucks.
  • Conduct polywelding and basic fabrication work.
  • Manage pond levels and operate a large-scale water distribution system.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in water services operations, including exposure to bore fields, mine planning, equipment isolations, and water compliance requirements.
  • Polywelding and fabrication certification.
  • High-Risk Work Licences (HRWL) – LF, DG, and CN desirable.
  • Valid C Class Manual Driver's Licence.
  • A strong commitment to zero harm and continuous improvement practices.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is advantageous.
