Flying Bark Productions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to assist the Financial Controller with all corporate reporting functions of the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing month-end closing in a timely manner, including reconciliations and journals, and preparing monthly management reporting, including variance analysis.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for completion of month end closing in a timely manner including reconciliations and journals
  • Preparing monthly management reporting including variance analysis
  • Cashflow management reporting and forecasting
  • Identify opportunities to improve current systems and procedures
  • Assist with yearly company audits and preparing productions for audit
  • Maintain asset register and manage internal capex cost reporting
  • Preparation of quarterly BAS for all companies
  • Management of Tax Returns and FBT matters with external tax accountants
  • Royalty report collection and investor income distribution for past projects
  • Other duties as required


About You:


  • Tertiary qualified or part qualified
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of accounting experience is preferred
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Acute attention to detail
