Production Operations Manager

- Manage team performance, providing coaching and developing skills to enhance capability.
- Oversee inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and equipment relief activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GMP, HACCP, EHS, and quality protocols.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG, preferably in beverages. They should possess a strong understanding of operational processes, safety management systems, and regulatory requirements.
