Project Mechanical Design Leader

Job Overview:
This role is responsible for overseeing the mechanical design aspects of large and complex integrated systems. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing resources at a project team level, ensuring adherence to project schedules, collaborating with other teams in a cross-functional design context, and reporting progress to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the mechanical design team on assigned projects, including coordinating and allocating tasks
• Participate in sales and project review meetings
• Develop system designs and layouts
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and work orders
• Liaise with Project Managers, architects, builders, consultants, and purchasing teams
About the Role:
This is a project-based position that requires effective leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in similar roles and possess strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with design software and technology
