We are seeking an Employment Support Consultant to join our team. This role involves working with customers with disabilities, employers and the community to provide employment support services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide workplace support to customers with disabilities
- Work with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions
- Continuously enhance long-term sustainable employment
- Facilitate training and development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will require a people-focused approach, strong organisational skills, ability to build trust and rapport, and a willingness to learn and grow.
What We Offer- 12 weeks paid parental leave
- Superannuation contributions during unpaid parental leave
- 5 weeks annual leave after 3 years service
- Long service leave after 5 years service
