Job Description

What's the role?

A Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac assists customers with their banking needs by providing tailored advice and solutions. They help with tasks such as opening accounts, managing finances, and guiding customers on Westpac's products and services. The role is customer-focused, aiming to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience.

What do I need?

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a variety of daily tasks.
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally.

This is a part-time, branch-based role working 30 hours per week, with hours across and inclusive of Monday to Friday.
