APM's Employment Services are dedicated to transforming lives. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with the skills and support needed to secure employment.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing employment opportunities for our participants, supporting them to become job ready through skills development and training.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop personalized job plans and build positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants
- Support participants to develop the skills required to become job ready
- Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of employment services and participant needs

This role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and requires a current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle. We provide full training and offer extensive learning opportunities.
