Digital Account Manager Job Description

Overview:

The Digital Account Manager role involves overseeing the day-to-day digital operations for multiple clients, working closely with the Account or Business Director and the Head of Performance to develop high-quality ideas and oversee media implementation across interactive channels.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all briefs are answered comprehensively and within an agreed timeline.
  • Manage input from clients' creative partners to develop high-quality ideas and oversee media implementation across interactive channels.
  • Plan across connected channels and collaborate with specialist product teams (Offline/Direct Digital/Social/Programmatic/Performance/Search/SEO/Analytics) to provide a seamless experience for clients.
  • Buymedia directly with digital publishers, especially where integrated partnerships are involved.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A basic level of experience with offline media channels, working with dedicated offline traders.
  • Ability to drive the digital strategy within the team, collaborating closely with strategy and specialist teams to execute communications strategies across all digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of performance digital channels and the ability to plan and execute media campaigns that meet business objectives and KPIs such as sales and lead conversions.
  • Excellent leadership skills to provide day-to-day digital leadership and full campaign management.
