Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator and Support Officer to manage and maintain our corporate network environments.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you will be part of a small team supporting a growing organisation across two Canberra sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Microsoft 365 Services Administration: Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including configuration and maintenance.
  • Security Settings Management: Manage security settings such as MFA, conditional access, and threat protection.
  • Compliance Policy Implementation: Implement compliance policies, including DLP and data retention across Microsoft 365.
  • Network Maintenance: Maintain and monitor sensitive networks to ensure performance, security, and uptime.
  • Facility Security: Oversee physical and environmental security of the facility hosting sensitive IT infrastructure.
  • Cyber Security Frameworks: Ensure compliance with PSPF, ISM, and Essential Eight cyber security frameworks.
  • Tech Support: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • IT Service Requests: Manage IT service requests and incidents via the internal ticketing system.
  • Hardware and Software Procurement: Procure IT hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for delivery and support.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate maintenance and system upgrades with internal teams and external providers.
