Systems Specialist

The role of a Technical Systems Specialist involves performing routine maintenance of OT systems, including equipment such as network switches, PLCs, CCTV cameras, access control, passenger information systems, radio systems, workstations, and servers.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance of client systems, with a focus on continual improvement of Preventative Maintenance procedures
- Updates/Upgrades/Installations to Operational Technology (OT) systems
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of system faults
- Configuration of OT networks
- Audits of client systems
This position requires strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to build effective relationships across different organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to provide and receive feedback to facilitate personal growth and the growth of other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Prior experience with OT systems, CCTV systems (Bosch/Genetec), audio systems, radio systems, and network (Cisco)
- Prior experience with data and/or fibre cabling
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively with the team
