About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution and monitor campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and edit marketing content, coordinate with creatives to align with the brand's voice, and support the planning and execution of various marketing events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintain marketing databases, and manage and maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, invoicing, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinate corporate photoshoots as required.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications (or nearing completion) in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Open to a recent graduate or a person in their final semester of university.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar Marketing role desirable.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, organised work approach, ability to multi-task and effective time management, results-driven, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a positive, can-do attitude.
