**Job Title:** IT Infrastructure and Projects Officer

We're seeking a skilled and adaptable professional to join our technical team in a hands-on role. You'll work across on-premises Windows Server environments, Hyper-V virtualization, and network infrastructure, with opportunities to engage in both on-prem and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and support Windows Server (2022/2025) roles: File/Print, DC, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local and remote site networks (switching/routing, WIFI, SDWAN)
  • Provide L2 escalation support remotely and on-site
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on incident resolution and cloud migration
  • Deploy and maintain equipment whilst adhering to change management procedures

Essential Criteria include Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience, 3+ years administering Windows Server on-prem roles, strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, willingness to travel to remote sites, and adaptability to new technologies.

Desirable Skills: Microsoft Azure/365 tenant administration, Intune or Configuration Manager (for device and OS management), VMware vSphere, Commvault & Zerto Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN, on-prem/Hybrid Microsoft Exchange, NAS/SAN (iSCSI) administration, Linux administration, scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and experience supporting remote sites in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
