Overview
Job Title: Computer Network and Systems Engineer (Implementation Technician).
Location: Perth, WA.
Our client is Bepoz Global (Melbourne, VIC), partnered with Mansys Pty Ltd as recruitment consultants.
Bepoz is Australia's leading supplier and developer of point of sale (POS) systems and offers fully integrated Digital Signage, CCTV, Paging solutions, Takeaway Order Apps and Self-Ordering solutions customized to hospitality businesses such as bars, restaurants, cafes, hotels, or clubs.
Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operations, including the installation, deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, and administration of Bepoz System Software components, networks, databases, servers, and workstations.
Design and configure system architectures tailored to client requirements, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure, while developing a customer-specific project plan.
Collaborate closely with clients during the implementation and go-live phases to design data models, network requirements, backup strategies, and integration processes, ensuring client's expectations are met.
Configure, update and maintain networking devices such as routers, switches and access points; enable/disable TCP and UDP ports; configure firewall rules, subnets and VLANs depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
Install VPNs, SQL Servers, RDS, and various computer applications, and security patches.
Continuously assess, monitor, and research network infrastructures to optimize performance, providing recommendations for improvements in hardware, software, and Bepoz-developed features for hospitality venues across Western Australia (WA).
Provide professional remote and onsite support for diagnosing and resolving Microsoft Windows servers, network printers, scanners, MSR devices, etc.
