About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Hobart. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist customers with meal preparation, shopping, and domestic assistance to ensure they have a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping customers to stay connected and engaged with their community.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care and support to customers, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Requirements
