Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Aged Care Homes. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with their activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Observe and report any changes in the wellbeing of care residents to the nursing staff.
- Complete incident reports and participate in the Occupational Health & Safety program.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and interact with residents, families, and friends in a helpful and positive manner.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) or currently studying a nursing degree with an Aged Care clinical placement.
- Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable).
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents to achieve desired outcomes.
