Job Opportunity: Pre-Owned & Remarketing Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our pre-owned and remarketing efforts in Australia. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and managing our pre-owned vehicle program and remarketing strategies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand our operations in Australia. You will work closely with our local Commercial Manager of Fleet & Pre-Owned and the global remarketing team to drive results and achieve our goals.

  • Develop and execute optimal remarketing strategies for Polestar in Australia
  • Manage relationships with remarketing partners and dealers
  • Develop local pricing strategies and tools to drive revenue
  • Ensure fulfillment of pre-owned standards across operations through regular audits and training
  • Develop innovative sales strategies for used cars to enhance vehicle second cycles
  • Seek and forecast sourcing opportunities for pre-owned Polestars
  • Manage pre-owned vehicle sales and monitor stock levels
  • Report on sales performance and KPIs, and follow up accordingly

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and take action based on insights
