Job SummaryThe Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, focusing on customer experience, sales performance, and team leadership. This role requires a strong retail management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales Performance: Develop and execute store strategies to drive sales growth, optimize profitability, and meet sales targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain outstanding store conditions, visual merchandising standards, and inventory control measures.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure all team members comply with WHS standards, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a retail management environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive business results and meet sales targets.
- High attention to detail and well-organized.
- Passion for delivering great customer service and producing great store results.
