We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Private Wealth Management team as a Financial Services Associate.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and administration support to our Advisers, managing funds product orders, placing buy/sell orders on the market, and preparing formal advice documents. This is a great opportunity to work in a small team environment and gain a broad depth of experience in financial services.

  • Provide technical and administration support to Advisers.
  • Manage funds product orders.
  • Place buy/sell orders on the market as requested by clients.
  • Prepare formal advice documents (i.e. Statements of Advice).

A typical day may include:

  • Collaborating with the team to deliver high levels of service associated with managing a private wealth client base.
  • Developing a deep understanding of all aspects of the role, which will provide a solid foundation to grow your career over time.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or prior experience in a similar role.
  • A strong interest in and/or prior experience in financial services and financial markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Your self-driven approach.
