About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Canberra. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop your career in private wealth management.

Your role will involve strong administration support where you will gain a deep understanding of all aspects of the job, providing a solid foundation for future growth. You will assist the team in delivering exceptional service to private wealth clients.

  • Provide technical support to Advisers.
  • Manage buy/sell orders on the market as requested by clients.
  • Process funds product orders efficiently.
  • Conduct analysis and ongoing monitoring of investments.
  • Prepare formal advice documents (Statements of Advice).
  • Assist with client meetings and respond to client requests promptly.

  • A relevant degree or prior experience in a similar field.
  • A strong interest in financial services and markets.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results.
