Key Responsibilities
  • Providing legal guidance on investigative procedures, statutory notices, and evidence gathering

  • Facilitating continuous improvement projects and identifying opportunities for growth within our organisation
Role Requirements

Working under limited supervision, this role entails delivering legal support to investigations, inspections, and other regulatory activities. The individual will also provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior colleagues.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in law or a related field
  • Professional admission to the High Court or an Australian State or Territory Supreme Court
  • Active practicing certificate or ability to obtain one within three months

Desirable qualifications include experience in investigation support and prosecution within a criminal law or regulatory environment.
