Sanitation and Quality Assurance Coordinator

The Role:
This position is responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards of our iconic manufacturing plant at Botany, working closely with Operations and Contracted Cleaning teams to ensure compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring the manufacturing facility meets required sanitation standards through cleaning validations, development, and compliance with sanitation checklists.
- Review and management of chemical use, facility master sanitation schedule, and assigned staffing for both packing and processing lines.
- Pest reviews and providing support to the operations team to ensure all quality assurance daily KPIs are adhered to.
- Embedding lean manufacturing practices across all Supply Chain functions.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Food Science/Technology or related discipline.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, food safety, or production roles in a food manufacturing environment.
- A sound understanding of sanitation and housekeeping standards.
- High-level attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and influencing skills to work with a range of people.
