About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Proposition Manager to join our team at ANZ Private, where you will play a critical role in supporting the Wealth Strategy Program and Chief Investment Office led initiatives.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects and initiatives, while also taking ownership of special projects that push boundaries and foster personal and professional growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Investment Proposition by aiding in strategic implementation and developing compelling presentations that effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives, leveraging your exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across various project streams.
  • Taking ownership of special projects that challenge and stretch capabilities, utilizing your analytical skills to conduct business analysis using Excel and interpreting and communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving collaboration and project success through effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth, while remaining responsive and proactive in driving progress and overcoming obstacles.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in a business management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work across functions to deliver successful projects.
  • A positive attitude and adaptability to take on special projects that challenge and stretch capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various project streams.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels.
  • Highly responsive and proactive, taking own initiative to drive progress and overcome obstacles.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations to effectively communicate information.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in conducting business analysis using Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey findings and insights clearly and concisely through PowerPoint presentations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Requirements

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours/week) position based in Melbourne and Sydney.
