Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the overall performance of their store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team. They will drive sales results, exceed store KPIs, coach, develop, and mentor team members to grow their retail careers. Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and stock management is also key.

The role involves creating a store culture that reflects the brand's values, leading a passionate and professional team, and engaging with customers to motivate them and provide a high standard of service. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a natural leadership style focused on collaboration, coaching, and accountability.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a fashion/lifestyle retail store (1–3 years minimum)
  • A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and retail operations
  • Natural leadership style with a focus on collaboration, coaching, and accountability
  • Passion for styling, tailoring, and premium customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
