Senior Observability Strategist

A seasoned Observability Strategist will lead strategic observability programs across complex client environments, driving innovation within our firm's Observability practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as solution architect and technical lead for major observability transformation programs.
  • Define observability strategies in line with enterprise SRE, Cloud, and ITSM objectives.
  • Develop long-term client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Oversee deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead internal initiatives to grow the Observability practice, including capability development and go-to-market offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support client pursuits, including writing proposals and presenting solutions.
  • Mentor and develop Observability Managers, Consultants, and Engineers.

Requirements include 8–12+ years of experience in consulting or enterprise observability/monitoring roles, proven experience leading multi-stream engagements across cloud and on-prem environments, deep understanding of observability principles, strong architectural knowledge of one or more observability platforms, and experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
